The percentage structure is the part that catches people. A fixed NZ$5 cap is memorable. “Ten per cent of your bonus” changes with every offer, and at the small end produces a cap of a couple of dollars — below the default stake on many games.

Two facts about that licence belong on this page.
It was suspended in 2023. The Malta Gaming Authority suspended Green Feather Online’s licence with effect from 3 August for breach of Article 41 of the Gaming Authorisations and Compliance Directive — failure to submit required management accounts and audited financial statements. The suspension covered all the company’s brands, including this one.
It was lifted the following month, and the operator has traded under it since. The matter concerned corporate financial reporting rather than player treatment, and both halves belong in a fair account.
The brands are promoted through the operator’s own affiliate programme, which pays participating websites a share of referred players’ net losses. The support hours contradiction
Worth isolating because it has a real consequence for a New Zealand reader.
The casino is listed as offering “24/7 Customer Support”, while live chat is stated as running from 10am to 11.30pm CET.
That window is roughly 8pm to 9.30am New Zealand time. Live chat would be closed through most of a New Zealand working day, and open mainly overnight. For a player trying to resolve a payment problem, that is the difference between a channel that exists and one that is available.
Independent reporting also lists the absence of round-the-clock support as a negative for this operator, which is consistent with the second statement rather than the heading.
The bonus figures
Four different totals circulate for the same welcome package: NZ$1,200 in summary tables and meta descriptions, NZ$1,000 in headline copy and tier breakdowns, and a three-tier structure adding to NZ$1,000.
Every independent source gives the figure in euros — a package worth up to €1,000 across three deposits. The New Zealand dollar figures are a currency label applied to a European offer, which is the same pattern found across this section.
Under the Online Casino Gambling Regulations 2026, a bonus from an operator licensed in New Zealand cannot exceed NZ$100, or 200% of the deposit or bet, whichever is lower. No version of this package has a lawful equivalent in the licensed market.

Where New Zealand’s rules leave this
Operators serving New Zealand before 1 May 2026 fall within the transitional arrangements and may continue until 1 December 2026. From that date, only operators that have applied for a licence may continue.
